PLANNING COMMISSION

 

The Planning Commission for the City of Richmond will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m., on Thursday, February 14, 2013, at the Richmond City Offices, 68225 Main Street, to consider the following requests:

 

SCU-01-2013 – LANCE F. HOLLWEG on behalf of JUSTIN MASTERSRequest for a Special Condition Use Permit for a proposed Pawnshop (Richmond Pawnbrokers) occupying the rear portion of the building on property located at 68336 Beech Street, zoned B-2 (Downtown Business), (APN: 50-07-06-01-157-008).

 

 

 

Public comments, oral or written, are welcome and encouraged.  The City of Richmond will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting/hearing upon one week’s notice to the City of Richmond.
